I shouldn’t need to download an app to review my purchase, and I resent that your poorly designed Web site coerced me into doing so.

Love it but if there was only away to get rid of the scammers upping bids with a no payment after bid is over it's my understanding all you need is a card with a 10 hold on it and bam you have people hyping the bids up

I like really this app and it definitely is addictive but there are a couple things I’d like to see added. 1. I wish in your orders there was a way I could add a note of what the purchased item was or even a screenshot of the exact item. So many just have listings like “item shown on screen.” The video receipts only last so long and aren’t always at quite the right spot so it would be helpful to have a permanent way for the buyer to remember what it was. 2. There is the “Followed Hosts” tab, if like there to be a “favorites” and/or something where if your are buying or watching between a few shows at a time it would be easier to switch just between the shows chosen to at that specific moment. 3. For sellers I think it would be nice if the giveaway reviews were more obvious when other buyers are viewing their reviews personally i don’t think negative reviews for clearly stated items should impact their review score. Now if they are lying or not delivering anything then that’s a totally different thing. 4. It would be nice if there could be a way to “lock” the swipe button. I see so many people asking to cancel an order for accidentally swiping and kinda thought that was silly… until I did it and now have a $90 shoe in a size no one I know wears. It’s my own fault of course and I wasn’t one who requested cancelation but I think it would be beneficial for both buyer and seller to have this. Maybe something like once it’s locked you have to enter a specific random sequence of numbers shown on the screen to unlock it. Would be especially helpful for those with kids or babies grabbing their phones or just getting used to the app or even just to turn on in shows you just generally like to watch for entertainment purposes

Paid for the items and never received them

Only thing I dong like about this app is that when you buy cards the sellers don’t send you all the cards that you paid for then when you get a refund from the app it told me that I got to many refunds and that’s not my fault why am I getting penalized? I’m a pretty honest person I just want what I paid for and if I dong get it I shouldn’t be colonized for asking for my money back.!! Definitely have to come up with a better system to make sure that the consumers are getting what they paid for.!!

The way your able to search and then watch and interact with the shows or just stay quiet and no notifications are an excellent way to shop depends on your mood love this app all legit it people can be people it’s real live shows just be cautious on whom you follow

If need a quick buck then sell what you don’t need- all need a little extra cash

My brother referred my so I got a 10 dollar credit but and then the app offered me another 10 dollar credit but when I purchased a Nintendo game only one of the 10 dollar credits applied and then it took both of the credits off of my account. I would like a refund this is a sneaky business practice

When a person pays for an athletes name in an auction, and the players name doesn’t come, buyer is out of their money. Getting refunded is being chastised for trying to get what’s theirs, product or refund. Not asking for too much.

To all the bots, or not, you will be flagged as a bot and banned from buying even after showing ID and a credit card and making purchases. Makes no sense. So, I’ll make my purchases on another platform from now on.
