Position hasn’t settled in over 10 days !
I placed a position for a player to register a goal or assist for a World Cup game between Netherlands and Morocco back in June 29th and it hit I’ve been waiting since then for that position to settled and for me to receive my money but it hasn’t. I’ve contacted support thru the app and they told me it’ll settle once the event is over but the event was over a 2 -3 weeks ago. I’ve tried emailing there support multiple times and even requested to talk to a agent and I haven’t received any response yet it’s been 15 days since I’ve requested to talk to a agent and I’ve sent over 6 emails to poly market support and still no response I’ve even tried talking to the AI help team and they don’t respond anymore it’s like I’m being ignored this is ridiculous. I’m leaving a one star review because no one should wait this long for a position to settle or even be ignored when using there multiple support systems!! Should be illegal
I’ve made thousands on this app and when I tried to withdraw 3k my account got locked and I haven’t got a response from Polymarket in 3 months. The support is non existent and if you go to the only support they have on discord it’s full of this happening to everyone. Biggest scam in history.

This app is a SCAM, they took my money, said they would give me my money, have not responded in over 2 months, I withdrew my money that I have earned, then after they gave me an excuse that they were going through technical difficulties and said they’d give me my money back when it was resolved. Waited almost 2 MONTHS and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Every time i report it, they said the issue LOOKS like it has been resolved and nothing happens. They owe me my money and wont pay me back. This app is a SCAM!!! Don’t download

Terrible service, SCAM!
It’s a terrible service they take your money and do not even tell you why. Zero available customer service. When they took my money, they show it as a withdrawal when I infected have nothing to do with the withdrawal. Absolutely the worst company on earth.

There customer service also doesn’t exist. They make it impossible to withdraw any of my winnings because I “currently can’t withdraw from the account” which is weird because it’s easy to deposit money for them. Also they take your money that you have in your account.

Hot Garbage
You’re only betting against efficient markets that are purposely left with wide gaps in the bid/ask. Funds availability takes 4 days and withdrawals take an additional 4 days to process even if it’s done with a debit card.
Install app claim bonus wait to withdraw your free money uninstall. Only way to do this.

$10k inaccessible
I have tens of thousands of dollars locked up in Polymarket due to Polymarket settling a position early, telling me I could withdraw that position and then adding the position back to my account as an open position. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at Polymarket for close to 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking legal action if I cannot get in contact with someone at Polymarket today

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Got a message back that had nothing to do with a bet I made. While they told me they are sorry for my mistake, when it is clearly theirs.
