Stellar Asian Drama!!
A wide selection of Asian drama, shows and movies, all with excellent subtitles in multiple languages…love it! Provides a window into the many Asian cultures, bringing them vividly to life.
I wish they had more Bollywood shows from India, but Viki is mainly north Asia focused.

I love Viki
Viki has a lot of the shows that I really like. A lot of them. I love how you can pause it to read the longer subtitles and that it doesn’t have the words for lyrics mixed in with the regular subtitles like IQIYI. Which is so annoying. Because it goes so fast.
I like that they have genres and countries that you can look up. I also like that it stops and starts where you left off.
Overall, I think Viki is a great place to watch some of my favorite Asian shows.

The cast are so talented and kind to the elders who visit the bakery. Only odd thing is the need to check their age. In such a rural area all should be welcome.

Glitch, don’t bother getting it
The app has been glitching for the last three weeks😒I’m paying for a subscription and the app can’t even work properly I haven’t been able to watch anything because soon as I click a show it freezes. If the show played or not it wouldn’t let me tap the screen to see any of the options that pop up like forward, backward, comments or anything else. I could only close the app and start the next episode but it never played the last 10-5 minutes of the episode. Then there’s adds playing in the background all the shows and I was confused at first I thought it was just an accident in production like when they apply translations I thought it was a translator speaking but it kept happening throughout the episodes and with different shows. Then some shows played but only with the ads sound playing in the background while the show is going, and like I said I’m paying for a plus subscription there should be NO ADS. Atp I want my money back for the subscription because of this glitch or whatever I haven’t been able to watch anything yet they took my money for the subscription, it’s just gonna play ads regardless. It suck’s because this was my go to app for all Asian dramas for years, however the 3week long glitching just lost them a customer.

Missing basic functions that should be added! (Both Mobile & TV app)
I like the shows available and have watched something I enjoyed over 2 years years ago. Today Im trying to rewatch the same series with a friend and I’m unable to simply restart the episodes. When I click the episode I want to watch it brings me to the end of the episode from 2 years ago and wont let me click a button to restart. I have to watch ads when it loads then rewind very slowly which triggers more ads then when it starts the episode over finally I’m hit with even more ads after the show intro is over. A simple restart episode button would make up for this! It’s very inconvenient and makes this service almost not worth using having deal with all the xtra ads just because I have to restart the episodes. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not asking for no ads in the free version I’m just asking not to be forced to watch 3 sets of ad breaks before I can even start the show. It doesn’t do that when I start an episode I hadn’t already seen before.

Eu gosto muito da plataforma Viki, eu assino há mais de 5 anos. Porém as legendas em português ainda deixam muito a desejar, já que eu pago, quero pelo menos uma legenda de qualidade. As traduções são mal feitas, e ninguém corrige. Essa é minha única reclamação.

This app is really good and I can watch anything I want! But one thing is that I only had it for 1 day and I already got kicked out I tried to get back to my account and it wouldn’t let me get back, so pls fix this!
