I’ve had Quinn for about a year now and it has been a game changer. I don’t think I’ve ever left an app review but that’s how good it is. There is something about this app being created by women for women and you can see the signs everywhere. It’s thoughtful, intentional, user friendly, and economical. There are hundreds of creators and categories. Trust me when I say there is something for everyone. I’m on there at least once every other day and I’ve neverrrr reached completion more often if you catch my drift. Download it!!

Amazing but…
It’s an amazing app but if you have sensory issues like I do the wet noise sounds and a lot of kissing sounds are gonna be rough. I love this app but I’m having a hard time finding a good story without a lot of kissing or other mouth sounds

Should not auto play on CarPlay!
I tried this app, and paused it when interrupted and forgot about it. My 12 year old daughter was going to
Come to the grocery store but could not at the last minute. I got in the car and it resumed playing on CarPlay. It took several seconds for me to get it stopped. Has my daughter been in the car, it would have been very awkward. They should change the app so that it does not auto play on CarPlay.

2026’s One Nice Thing? Possibly!
My cousin sent me a meme with a picture of a possum. The caption said, “we are all God’s children and he left us in the hot car,” but Quinn came along and said, “what if we were a company that actually liked women and the concept of women (and queer and trans people)?”
And! AND they hired SAM HEUGHAN AND CONNOR STORRIE AND HUDSON WILLIAMS! It’s an embarrassment of riches.

Cool but not inclusive
I thought I found a good audio app and it felt inclusive, with queer and POC representation. But your recent choices for special guests consists mostly of white male- centered content, catered to women. So at this stage, I’m cancelling my subscription. Doesn’t feel inclusive.

Unable to play stories
I’m unable to play stories on the app. When I hit play I get a pop up that says to disable screen recording. I’m not screen recording and I don’t think it’s possible to completely disable it on iPhone settings.

Like it buttttt
I like the overall concept but it’s hard to get past listening to a story that is one sided in conversation. I am waiting for the narrator to speak to another because they are having a conversation most of the time and it’s not there. I’m not sure it’s just kind of odd and hard to get past.

Only 1/2 a story from 1 voice
I am very disappointed with Quinn stories. I expected audio stories like audible audio books, where the narrator or multiple narrators narrates the thoughts and dialogue of all characters involved. Quinn only has the voice / dialogue of the main character without any dialogue from the other characters. It’s like listening in on someone’s telephone conversation, and all you hear is what that person is speaking, and nothing from the person they are speaking to on the other end. I suspect this is to lower production costs. This is very unsatisfying for me. I would not have paid $59 for a year subscription if I knew this beforehand.

Hudson and Connor are the only good thing on this app
Like many I downloaded this app specifically for Hudson and Connor. I tried listening to a handful of the other options and they were so awful and cringe that I felt a visceral gross feeling.
And I’m not being critical of the nature of the app—it’s just whoever they have doing these stories are just awful.
Because I love Hudson and Connor so much I have kept the subscription for longer than one month and honestly Hudson’s voice in particular is so calming it helps me fall asleep.
I just wish that the rest of the app was better and they seriously need to hire different actors and write different stories because they’re terrible.

I love the app very much, but I wish it was like other in apps in the way that they have a “not interested” or “not for me” button option. There are popular tags and creators that are trending right now and it tiggers a traumatic event for me. Without that option it feels like the Quinn app is trying to push certain creators/tags to the forefront, simply for engagement, and there’s no way for me NOT to see it. I understand that creators and tags need the engagement but I think there should be a “not interested” option so reliving trauma can be avoided in the future.

Interesting app
Not normally something I’m interested in but I decided to try it for a month to listen to Ember and Ice. Highly recommend. There’s some other very entertaining content, I definitely think it was worth $8 but it’s not worth it to me to keep it long term. So I’m going to cancel but I will definitely pay for another month if there’s ever a sequel.

The spice is right!
The stories go from charming to OMG hot. I love the singular voice, leaving the rest up to your imagination. Sometimes it’s funny to think about the kissy sounds being made. But once you get invested, all that melts away. These stories have really helped get me warmed up for date night!
