woke game ew.... Lindsay Clancy supporters game

Fun game, but unplayable. You make some progress, you are happy with your awesome characters, and then... BAM! You lose all your progress for no reason. You decide to farm it back up. Half way there... BAM! You lose it all again. The support just asks me to "click on the Credits" to fix my progress, like a bad excuse to drop an awkward phonecall. For 14 days now, they are still unable to restore my progress, from neither of the two losses. Utter disappointment.

Cloud Save breaks the game if enabled ("continue" leads to a broken run that just force quits to main menu, and "abandon run" doesn't work when clicked). Disabling Cloud Save erased a bit of statistics tracking but otherwise allowed the game to be played normally. Also, as others mentioned, if a new game is not started before closing the app, you have to resume the victory of your previous run (or risk "abandoning" it for loss stats), making the victory stats tracking unreliable.

update broke the game. everything was fine but the new update locks up in loading.

The progression keeps getting deleted!

unplayable. no matter what, stuck updating cloud saves. can't actually start. also, what arcane magic is required to see the DLC I own vs don't own? wow only 14 months to get a reply. what customer service!

Update: found a very simple bug that completely ruins the meta progression. No response from support, so I assume they've long stopped caring to try to fix it. I'll also assume One Deck Galaxy has the same or similar bug, so I'll be skipping checking that game out. update2: support DID finally respond after I edited this review. I'll be happy to change the review back once I see the issue fixed with an update. it's just strange to see such an obvious bug in a 7+ year old game.

really loved this game for two whole run throughs. now its fully broken and won't let me play. I hit continue game and it starts trying to load my game, fails, and sends me back to main menu. I hit new game and its like "are you sure you want to abandon your game" and I click abandon over and over and nothing happens. I cannot play.

Great game, I had an issue but in-game support resolved it. This might be the first case, when I buy DLC for a smartphone game :)

I absolutely adore this game! Perfectionists be warned, you will burn dungeon cards frequently, you will get hurt, and you will LOSE! Druid/Hunter is my go to combo right now and I'm only just now ramping up. Good luck dungeon dwellers!

I play a lot of dice/card builder games, and maybe I don't get the premise of this having not played the physical game, but it gave constant impossible rooms to complete in the tutorial mission with the fighter.. have 5/1/1 dice and it gives me 4 rooms that only take the 1/1. Maybe that's random but seems odd the tutorial isn't even playable.

Love the game and game play. The controls can be a bit finicky but it's manageable. The thing that is likely to get me to stop playing is that I've now for the second time lost all of my progress on the heroes' checklists somehow, despite having cloud backups enabled. It happened once and I could tolerate starting over, but this second time is too much

I spent so much effort on the check lists, and cloud saves were activated, but when I got a new phone and my apps were added all progress is wiped. but the statistics tab still shows ALL win loss records the number of each dice rolled ever like almost a 1000 6's alone. even bearing game on veteran. other than this I would give 4 stars.

a nice game for mobile, but there is not enough default tools to mitigate randomness, controls feel like an issue, I don't want to grind to maybe get better gameplay.

I love the game and bought all the dlc for it! Thanks for the offline play! There is so many characters and bosses to keep players busy for countless hours. I would recomend everyone to get all optional card expansions, for the most complete and entertaing adventure!

Game won't start. Glitches and can't play or continue game

This game adequately represents the tabletop game.

10 plays with the Warrior at novice level: 10 defeats. Punishment games are not for me, I give up.

Was kind of fun, but suddenly all progress vanished. Characters all reset.

I REALLY want to play and enjoy this game. What I played was really fun yet incredibly frustrating at the same time. I cannot find any information on how your health counter works and none of the menus seem consistent enough to infer how it works. I imagine it works better on PC but for mobile it feels poorly optimized for UI aspects.

clearing the google play cache and reinstalling gave me back my paid privileges.

My progression with my heroes just randomly dissapeared. Otherwise a good game but what is the use for if you just randonly lose progress

Game is pretty fun, but it keeps deleting my character progression. Not going to bother to play if I have to keep starting over.

Great game, with several UI bugs. One that I get very frequently causes dice that are placed on a card to just disappear. The solution is to press the undo all dice button, but it's still annoying to deal with.
