So many of the drivers have horrible smelling cars bro it’s so bad

In a busy downtown area and need a ride less than 2 miles away that’ll take me 44 minutes to walk but a few minutes to drive. $40….highway robbery. Scam. But Uber XL is much cheaper. But oh no, no drivers want that one. And the app asks you if you want to pay an extra $10 to get the ride quicker lol….scam. Miss the days when this was actually competitive. Now the drivers and app are abusing people in need for an extra dollar.

Some of my drivers where cool and engaging and a few just didn’t care how slow they drove to get me there

Used to be cheap now a 5 min ride is $30 corporate greed

Super convenient. I love using it when my car is down or when I just don't feel like driving

Local cab company left us hanging and Lyft came to the rescue and got us to our flight on time!

The app is seamless!!! I can use it easily with one hand. (I recently had a stroke) the interface is great and I can see everything clearly. Plus, I really love Lyft!!

From old town road San Diego to La Jolla blvd should not be costing 30 dollars

And it is personal. Spending 10-12-15 minutes inside a car with a stranger. That’s the definition of personal. Over time, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know 30-40 drivers ! That I like and admire as individuals and people. Wonderful stuff. The fact that these talented individuals LEND me their vehicle for 10-12-15 minutes…means a whole lot to me. Helps make my life manageable. I don’t drive. Before Lyft n Uber, I walked everywhere or rode the bus (and stood out there in all kinds of weather hoping for timely transportation). Overall, a good experience, too, yet not convenient. It was humbling. And made me a better person. Nevertheless, Lyft is my current favorite for cost efficiency and reliable transportation. Wish y’all would step up though on best routes and GPS for our kind drivers. I live in a small city. We live here. Know the traffic routines, the stoplights, the shortcuts. The most efficient ways to get around, Point A to Point B. GPS and Siri do not. Please improve your routing. Can’t even call a ride, the app stuck at “driver info is in a few seconds” for minutes and drops the ride.

We travel a lot And use Lyft wherever we go.

It’s sad when most drivers don’t speak English it makes me feel unsafe And after I pick a ride and confirm it now it comes back asking to select a ride again only the second time the prices are significantly higher Bad business.

It NEVER fails … I can have both apps open and request a ride and Lyft comes thru FIRST each and every time with the BEST RATES and always keeps my driver preference a top priority!!!

Lyft misrepresents the pick up times to win business away from competitors and then keeps you waiting for much longer than stated wait times. Then they allow drivers to cancel rides when the drivers see the amount they earn even if the customer has been waiting for an extended time for the pick-up. At airport I, after waiting 10min for pickup the driver drove by me and cancelled right. The following driver (another 10min later) said the driver is not shown the fee they earn until they arrive to pickup clients. No credit is paid to the customer for their wasted time.
