Doesn’t load, crashes all the time, invasive accessing location photos camera mic , etc. Trash!

like I’ve been trying to buy a magic pass on this app but no matter what I try it wouldn’t let me buy any of them even thought theres a lot in stock. I swear my grandma or a newborn baby can make a better working app than this.

This is the worst amusement park app I’ve ever used. You need to re-log in constantly if you’re a guest. Wait times don’t show. App also is rarely in the language you put it in. Please fix everything. It’s so unreliable.

로그인 카카오톡이나 네이버 연동도 좀 제대로 작동하게 만들어라.

I don’t know how long I have to see the first running guide of the app. The first app usage description and alarm display setting pop-up have been remose since this app first came out. I tried to log in again, but the problem was not solved. I even updated a few times to fix the bugs, but the most angry bug, that bug, can‘t be fixed.

아니 왜 자동로그인이랑 아이디 저장 왜 안되는거임??? 들어갈 때 마다 계속 로그인안되어있고이게뭐야진짜 제대로 하는 일이 없어 ㅉ

The app doesn’t work and logs you out and doesn’t allow tickets to be used without employee verification and won’t show wait times or navigation without a ticket. App constantly crashes making you relogin and have to go through email verification. Developers need to test the app before letting it be in production.

To say this app has a horrendous experience is being generous. 1. Every butting press is slow to respond and slower to load 2. Logging in as a non-member will require reauthentication every time the app closes, which is quite often 3. No wait times shown in the app 4. Choosing the English language does not translate everything 5. The MagicPass does not work because no passes are available regardless of which date is selected The list goes on and on. It’s a shame because everything is Korea is so seamless is works well and this app is literally bringing shame onto the country and its people.
