Now I remember why I stopped playing this game…
This game has so many bugs it’s not even funny…. I love this game but I don’t want to play it anymore because of there being so many problems I even tried to restart the game and that didn’t work I even deleted the game and got it again to see if that would help but it didn’t do anything at all….so if you fix the bugs on the game I will try to play it again but until then NO! Sorry….

Great game, but I have a suggestion.
I love the amount of items you can buy to entertain patients, scooters, bookshelf, etc. but I have a recommendation where you can buy a entertainment show it’s size would be about the size of a staff room it’s cost is 100 gems and you would have a new type of staff called entertainer, they would keep up the patients mood, and you can put items like joker hats, face masks, and more. I think it’s a good idea. If the patient likes the show, there mood would go up 50+, again if you think this needs adding just respond and I’ll think of more ideas. You can always tinker around if you think this is too op or not op enough. I hope this idea gets added into the game it’d be fun and a nice touch. - Blake

Needs one major change
There’s so much going on in the game that playing with the sound on is incredibly helpful. Except one. For what ever reason the ONLY patient interaction sound is when they get a drink. They have a gulping sound attached to it and it happens every few seconds once a hospital gets big enough. It’s like they heard a lot of people REALLY hate mouth sounds and went out of their way to find the most annoying one possible, make it the only patient sound in the game, and then make it trigger 30 times a minute. If that sound was removed, trash cans were added to reduce mess, more decorative options were cash instead of gems, and remove the heater and greenery aspect the game would be better

Horrible players all have a gang & manipulate all the servers
After playing for about a year, I now surmise that this is more of drug running operation than a game, the level of attention that a few players do to make it look like a busy game when in fact its the same few people operating several accounts, outcasting any player (who essentially isn’t just the same few people) into submitting & quitting the game altogether, not fun at all & a horrible feeling you are left to absorb

Difficult to keep playing

Good but don’t pay for anything
Used to like this game, however several issues after updates, I stopped playing because after the most recent update I as well as many other players lost game features we paid for (in my cause dormancy district but others have lost more) as well as several levels on characters that took forever grinding to get because of the style of gameplay if you want to play cool but I advise against paying for any features in case you lose your money like I did

I love this game it’s so fun but I do wish that the patients would come in slower and more throughout the day, cause when I finish the patients I have nothing to do. I’m also constantly running out of room. I just can’t upgrade fast enough. But I also really like that this game is not addictive so it’s better for ur mental health. But I still come back to it cause it’s fun. I never have felt bored at this game! ;) : D

Confusing!!
I’m new to this game and it’s a really good BUT!!! there should be a better understanding of this game, with the characters, there is little to no explanation on 1. How to save a dying character, and just putting them in the queue is not helping
2. No explanation on HOW AND WHEN to level up doctors nurses.. etc
3. What are the experience points do for the characters
4. Leveling up rooms , how does it help?
Again , being a new person to this game, it’s very confusing and frustrating, it looks like you spend more money on buying upgrades than you do trying to learn it , and I’m not spending my money on something with very little explanation, i can play my PS5 if that’s the case
