This app sucks ballz I’m literally getting money taken from me bc of spot me and I don’t even get spot me unless I have money deposited ts so freaking stupid

Recently I had my information apparently leaked and made a dispute 3 TIMES to try to get back the $368.97 that was taken and used back into my account. I was denied 3 times. Because of the nature of the charges, I wasn’t able to give any documentation to chime only that the charges occurred while I was at work. Do not sue this app. They do not care if something like this happens and only regurgitate what they are told back to you when you try to get information on the dispute. The app is also not secure. The information I did give them was also NOT TAKEN DOWN IN THE DISPUTE INFO BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO DO IT. Found that out when the 3rd person I spoke to self snitched.

Scammers use this platform, instructing you to send money through this app…because Chime will not let you cancel a payment. No safety net for victims of these situations.

Best banking app

Very convient, love the features and benefits .

Since I was old enough to have my own bank account I’ve had plenty of gripes about fees and shady practices and honestly horrible customer service and perks. None of this applies to Chime. Without a doubt this is the best banking experience I have ever had. Chime had my back when I am in a bind and doesn’t drown me in fees at every turn. The perks keep getting better every year I’ve been with them. This is genuinely a world class customer focused banking experience. Untether yourself from the profit driven shady “major banks” and jump into Chime.

Started out as a wonderful online bank. App was user friendly and asy to work with. I’ve been with Chime for 4 years. Over the past year they’ve made changes to their app which have made it more difficult to maneuver to what you want. They’ve completely removed the search icon to look within the app for what you need when you can’t find it. And the most recent flubb is that I, who makes the bare minimum to receive the highest apy in savings from direct deposits has been receiving it since February! My husband who has a lot higher direct deposit amount in the same amount of time has NOT received that apy amount!! He has been fighting with customer service and managers to get it fixed and they just say it has to b reviewed or someone has to “flip the switch”. Well they were pretty quick to LOWER THE APY this week!!!!! They never did raise it. We already found a bank with a higher APY and will be switching this week. Oh and enjoy talking to someone oversees who you can’t understand at all after you ask for a live agent about 4-5 times on their call in line.

Love chime and what they have helped me with. I went from low credit score to a higher credit score now, I am capable in helping provide for my family and catch up on bills, and most of all just giving me the chance without being turned down.

This company cover up all of their BS by having boost ups with friends. Don’t be fooled by their tricks. They will take your money and hold it hostage until they feel you should have it back. I was with them for 3 years before I actually started doing business with them… they are not good for handling business. Get a real bank account, google the financial institution they are with & do your research.

I’ve only been with chime for a few months and this has help me get my paycheck early and spot me and my pay has helped me so much I would recommend Chime to anyone

The most reliable bank ever!

Lately I have been disappointed with my account several times I have had dispute merchants and I have only got half of my money back on merchant and I have had gotten with people who has not solved anything my white card is frozen and I want be able to pay my bill next because I have wait on another card .

Who said let’s pay people early ?? Because yall don’t !!! Paying somebody pass 12:00PM is not early !! You might as well give me my money on my regular day !! If it’s go take y’all all day to release the funds “days early”

You guys are doing a great job

Chime has been my main bank for 4 years. However, I’ve started to run into issues lately. Checks have taken way too long to deposit. Additionally, they combined the Credit and Checkings account together. At this point, there is no reason to use Chime, I will switch to a real bank that gives better support and less frustration.

Not worth the time to explain, already stole bunch of my time and money and the next 3 weeks waiting for a “new” card I never ordered. This was the icing on top of a whole bunch of problems prior with my pay getting delayed up to a day later than expected before using chime. Will be closing out very soon, coming from a dam near day one customer don’t fall for the getting paid 2 days early bit . It literally happens once and it’s just so they have an excuse to hold your money an extra 2 1/2 days than reasonably expected when it eventually is delayed. The spot me is more like scam me and let’s not get started on bank holidays. All in all chime sums up American banking pretty good, hold onto your money and then some.

Stop asking me to validate my email after multiple validation where app gets stuck. Stop asking me to setup a direct deposit after setup has been complete. Will update my review when you fix it.

I’ve banked at a lot of different institutions but chime has been by far the best one!!
