Plus puzzle award
I am really enjoying this app it is the best crossword app out there. However, I was really bummed tonight whenever I reached my 200 plus puzzle goal to receive a 50 coin reward and the “button “ would not work. I got out and back in that area and tried it again and it was gone, but yet it shows me as achieving that goal in my list below the award area 🥲

Terrible and not user friendly
The puzzles are good but the app stinks!!! I contacted the developer since the app on my iPhone and iPad don’t read each other so my level of game on my phone are at higher game level than my iPad. Even thought I have same login, data and games don’t match on3another. Pain so I hardly play anymore. They never properly answered my question on how I can get my devices show the same games.

09/18/25 puzzle has error. Tony Curtis and Igor don’t match up. The Y and I don’t work.
App updated yesterday and now won’t download. Again, going to lose my daily progress. Quit updating if it’s just going to screw up the app. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Finally able to log on, after three days. But due to NO fault of my own, I’ve lost my daily streak AND they want me to use 10 coins to play puzzles I couldn’t work because of their update 🤬🤬🤬

Broken ads use up my battery on my iPad.
Please stop playing ads that you can close or videos go too long. The ads are suppose to be able to close, I only see some ads that you can do that. I really playing this crossword a lot but if these ads that you can’t close keep pop I might not want to play anymore. Listen to the people that play these crossword and fix it.

Bonus puzzles wont play
I like this app and play it daily, but I have several bonus puzzles saved up from when we earned points, that won’t play. I can open the puzzle, but I can only type in one letter. What’s up with that. Been going on since your format change.
Update regarding developer response on July 10: still does not work. Last version I have is 3.2.5

Incorrect Spelling
I have never written a review for an app and am not sure how this works as I wanted to just let someone know that the puzzle on June 18 had a misspelling on the answer of asada for pollo asada in one of the down clues. The answer should be asada with an “a” but the puzzle had asado with an “o” which would not ever be correct and was confusing for the other answers. This was my third puzzle and hope others aren’t inaccurate as I was enjoying these already.

It would be more fun if you gave more money instead of having to sit through so many ads to get so little. Most crossword games I play reward the player much more. You guys are stingy!

Landscape
I love this crossword puzzle game. The interface is easy to use and the games are just the right difficulty for me (which means not too hard). A lot of ads, but I’m patient. I would love it if I could use landscape on my iPad for this app.

Confused
I like your game. The puzzles are not too hard to solve. However how am I supposed to do 30 daily puzzles in February when there’s only 28 days in the month. Tough to get the bonus points that way.

Stupid ads
What is up with not being able to click out of the ads that come up? Specifically the ones about senior health care. It’s become repetitive and very frustrating. Please get this fixed. It’s annoying and enough of a problem to make me delete the app.
