GolGrid 1.21 — a new home screen, sound, and fixes - The home screen has been reorganised. The game modes are now four colour-coded boxes — Tic-Tac-Toe, Player Guess, Nation & Club and With Friends; tap one and that group's games slide up in a panel. The daily puzzle stays pinned at the top and your cup standing sits in the header badge. No more scrolling through one long page. - Tic-Tac-Toe now shows you what happened on the board itself. A wrong answer flashes red and shakes the square, a correct one bursts a ring out of it, and the result line under the board is colour-coded. That includes your opponent's wrong answers online — until now they were only mentioned in a line of grey text. - English mode names now read "Tic-Tac-Toe" instead of "XOX", which meant nothing outside Turkish. - Sound effects actually play now. The "Sound effects" switch in the menu did nothing on iPhone; you now hear a square being filled, a win, and every tap. If you are playing your own music it keeps going — the effects sit on top. - Added a daily reminder. An evening notification nudges you to solve the puzzle, and it stays quiet on days you have already played. Permission is asked the first time you finish a daily grid. - Online matches now have draw offers and resignation. In all three online modes (Tic-Tac-Toe, Nation-Club, Club-Club) you can offer a draw from under the board; if your opponent accepts, the match ends level. Resigning asks for confirmation, because it cannot be undone. - Your score can no longer go negative. Slow rounds with lots of wrong guesses could show things like -2300; the floor is now 0. Practice Grid included. - In Tic-Tac-Toe, when neither side can win any more the match ends in a draw right there. No waiting for the leftover squares, no questions that cannot change the result. Same rule against the bot and online. - The leaderboard now has a back button at the top, and you can swipe sideways to switch tabs on the cup standings and the daily leaderboard. You used to have to scroll all the way down to get out. - The banner ad is smaller, leaving more room for the board. - Buttons that looked like they did nothing now tell you what happened. - Yesterday's Answers only claims "most picked" when there is enough data. - Backing out halfway through deleting your account no longer costs you your nickname. - The player data has been refreshed. Summer transfers are in, 587 players' club histories grew, and 60 broken records that marked correct answers wrong are gone. - Stability improvements. Enjoy the game!
