Always frustrated
This app is the worst app I have ever used. It does not stay signed in, it kicks you off in between episodes and can’t reboot. I go to reset the app and you have to sign in every single time. No remember me button. It’s just so bad. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Solid content. Awful app.
If you like Hallmark TV, you'll enjoy the content, but the app is horrific. There are lots of glitches, and it isn't user-friendly. It's getting better, but there's still so much to be done. Also, they've started inserting Hallmark commercials before content you have to watch. There is no option to skip past. I resent being forced to watch commercials on a service I pay a subscription fee for. It's pretty infuriating.

Please fix your app, Hallmark!
Lately, every time I come back into the app I need to enter my username and password. This has never been a problem before, and it’s annoying. I will probably discontinue my subscription and find another movie streaming app if it’s not fixed.

No support for older TVs
Check your tv to make sure the app will support it. I have been using this app for a couple of years. I have a 2019 Samsung tv. The recent update caused the app to no longer work on my tv. I followed all of the suggestions to fix it, only to find out that they only support Samsung TVs from 2023 or newer. This is true for other televisions as well so you will want to check your tv model with what is supported.

Frustrated
I’m using the app on my iPad. After every episode, I get the “Wheel of Death” and it makes me sign in again. I’m on Season 3 of WCTH and I’ve had to sign in again probably 20 times. Please fix this! I haven’t tried it on my phone or TV, so I don’t know if it’s happening there as well. My guess is it is. I’m paying monthly for this and I’m about to quit.

This app is horrible
This app is horrible. It logs you out every night so you have to log in all the time. The navigation in the app is clunky and not smooth at all. You’d think a large company would have a smoother more intuitive interface. I paid for a year but if I was on monthly, I’d be canceling.

Have to sign in after every episode
I just took a free trial Ava thought I’d watch part of a series. I’m on episode 7 of 10. After every single episode, I have to restart my Apple TV and sign back in. Every. Single. Time. It’s not worth the hassle or the aggravation. I shall end my free trial, but I did give it a shot. It’s too bad the app isn’t user friendly. I do not recommend for any reason unless you have to watch hallmark movies or series. It’s such a pain.

Nightmare to watch movies
I love Hallmark + movies but it is a nightmare to watch. If you pause a movie either it won’t pause or it won’t start again. At times I have had to force quit the app and start over and that doesn’t always work.

Constant login interruption
I don’t know what you did with your app, but it’s become horrible. It no longer loads movies after one is done. It just spins, you have to relaunch and login again after each movie. So annoying! Please fix it!

The info on this app says 16 and higher supported but I have 18 and it is saying it no longer supports the version I have. I tried removing and redownloading and it still doesn’t work- disappointing. Please fix!

Love hate relationship
I use this app all the time and I love Hallmark mysteries. However, I get kicked off and have to re-log in almost daily. It's frustrating. There are also issues with it saying content is not available when it actually is and you have to log out and restart. I also dislike the "continue watching" feature. I like to play them back to back and I will turn it off when I'm done. lol. Overall I choose to utilize it because of the content, but it needs work.

app sucks!!!!
this has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It constantly signs out, even though I watch it almost every day. The navigation controls are horrible on the Apple TV streaming box, but all of my other apps on the Apple TV streaming box are perfect. When I use the remote, I never know if it’s going to pause or not and if I try to use the interactive controls of the app, they don’t seem to work well either. Seems like your development team needs to work on fixing this app. And based on the other comments, I’m not the only one that feels this way.

Live channels stopped working
Live channels stopped working on older phone and there is no update. Support was useless and had no helpful troubleshooting steps and refused to escalate the issue to developers.
