Got it to kill time with an appearance of being a little like the old school raiden game. Is a mash up of that and an RPG that is a bit in depth but still fun and doesn’t require a ton of time being committed.

The leveling up is crazy good and the top up for in-game gems and cash are abundant! The alliances that you join are immediate without needing a level requirement to join. Especially chat too, since it is fun! The one thing though that I wish they had though, and that is more heroes with new elemental abilities: Electricity, Water, Air, Earth; or it can be other things, like metals or as a special heavy or light attack ally for stun and for slowing enemies down. Maybe additional ‘Weapons’ or ‘Experience’ deck cards to add as modifiers for leveling up, or for damage.

I’ve been playing this game for over three years, and it’s a great opportunity to connect with people from all around the world.

In a recent update, the developers ruined the game. They removed the "Reward Hall" and added "Secret Quests" instead, completely ruining the game's balance. While the Reward Hall allowed you to earn 5 stars from heroes of all elements, with Secret Quests, 800 chests a day drop 4 SSR cards. It's all geared toward donations. I won't spend another coin.

Paying always helps a bunch but not needed here.

When I started over a month ago I was having a good time, but then the throne war happened. The largest guy on the server had figured out how to attack while being shielded. I captured it and reported it then they told me it was just a visual glitch….I don’t think a visual glitch would keep me from attacking the guy. They did nothing even with evidence of the cheater. Secondly just recently they have made it harder to get heroes and made it harder to get resources to try and push people to make more purchases. Absolute Trash

Я сразу же обратилась в службу поддержки, где зарегистрировали мою претензию. Претензия за номером 9fla1. Спустя некоторое время я обратилась для получения обратной связи по моей претензии, однако, система не нашла данного обращения. Я вновь составила обращение , приложила скрины переписки, но система потребовала ID платёжного документа, Который я не смогла предоставить, Так как прошло более семи дней с момента приобретения и в приложении платежи уже не отображались. Хотя в первом обращении эта информация на требовалась. Я приложила чеки из банка и письма от системы О приобретении набора. Сегодня вновь обратилась в службу поддержки для получения информации по второму обращению, но система никак не реагирует на мои запросы- просто нет ответа. Во всем этом усматриваются признаки мошенничества. В первый день все начислялось корректно- далее сказали, что это ошибка. Но если это ошибка, так признайте ее и компенсируйте, впредь не допуская. 94 человека недополучили свои покупки. Я писала в чат поддержки, но дальше бота пройти не получается. На почте поддержки сказали решать в игре. Замкнутый круг. Подумайте, прежде чем донатить в игре.

equipped a 30 day march skin and immediately unequipped it. customer service says it's their policy for it to continue counting down even when it's unequipped, and now i'm just stuck having lost out on the skin i bought 😂 brilliant!

Great game once you know it

This game is nothing like it’s advertised.

I have loved this game since day1. The developers are super friendly and polite and every thing is fine. Just last update removed a Very nice and Helpful option from us and that was the Bounties and Secret Quests came instead! We could get almost every resources in those Bounty options. We could get Dragon Soul Stones, Fortune Potions, Elemental Vial,…but in the Secret Quest which was replaced there is non of those useful resources.Thank you for listening and all you have done to make the game better. I’ve played this game for several years. I love it, but the developers keep ruining gameplay in order for cheap cash grabs. They took one of the most consistent and easy ways to farm resources for all levels of players and turned it into a blatant cash grab to try and force players to spend more money on the game. New or lower level players can hardly access the stupid secret quest replacement thing. Bounty hall was a great way for all players to get needed resources. The rewards for the new secret quest are not even remotely comparable to the ones we got from Bounty Hall. Stop breaking things that don’t need to be fixed.

This game's ads have literally never once shown footage that even remotely resembles the actual game. It's basically a TRPG MMO and if you aren't willing to constantly spend massive amounts of money, you will hit a wall. Pay-to-win mechanics where other people are dropping thousands of dollars per month. I played this game for over half a year. None of this gameplay exists in the game. The developers are lying.

The issues are innumerable, I’m fine with pay to play/pay to win. But the updates to this game are constantly problematic and often break the game. Support is useless, takes forever to respond, and really doesn’t care if you’re satisfied. Planned events glitch and are hard to participate in. Be ready to reinstall this game regularly if you want to play. And the cherry on top, dev’s won’t even replace items you lose when their broken updates remove them from your inventory. They’ll string you along for days and days before ultimately politely telling you to get lost.
