This app never works and need to be seriously from ground up. It baffles me that they are not iterating on this given dismal reviews and terrible user experience

Bad experience, bad app!!!

This is not a convenient app to use. The load times take forever, the phone tells you to move around your iPhone when scanning the passport and then tells you it couldn’t scan your passport because you moved your phone. QR code scan for registering your boarding pass is janky and hasn’t worked for me either. Would rather just have to show my passport and boarding pass at the airport at this point

Made with stupid, never go through the scan passport part

It is almost unusable. I do not know why it is put out for others to use. I cannot get the chip scanned, very frustrated. It is the opposite of “smart”.

After registering and scanning my passport, I couldn’t get past the boarding pass registration. Even with a clear QR code it didn’t work. Useless app!

I am trying to set this up and although I pressed English the app is in Korean and I can’t understand what I’m doing!!

Tried for a whole hour while waiting in line. Ran my battery down thinking it’s my fault! It just doesn’t work. Scan for chip never works! What a terrible app. Why even bother putting up signs everywhere. Invest in better working technology!

Not working as the nfc scan keeps failing

super laggy and buggy, not to mention the language switch didnt actually work the first time and i had to toggle it multiple times for it to work. also the fact that i had to finangle the orientation of my passport for over 5 minutes with only the help of other reviews is honestly ridiculous.

This app is amazing in theory and worst in its practicality. The “NFC” chip read part to register your id is absolutely frustrating. The app requires you to register your id. However it cannot scan the supposed “chip” that is in the passport. There should be an alternative way to verify passport.

Does not work. Crashes the moment you attempt to scan your passport.

You save about 15-20min dodging the initial line but once you pass the face scan booth you get slotted into the same TSA line

Neither boarding pass option will work for registering. Cropping screen shots of the mobile, scanning the paper version at the airport, and this in on top of the K-ETA not working with Gmail or Outlook. Koreas digital entry experience is definitely lagging behind their neighbors.

I think Korean Government just collecting personal info. I scanned passport, it did not scan QR code or barcode. I tried so many way. I wish I did not give them info.

The app is slow and barely works. I went through the whole process for it to not work. Bad app

Tried to scan the chip 20 times with iPhone before I finally gave up. Complete garbage.

Extremely slow, every new screen takes minutes to load it looks like it was never tested.

Complete waste of time if you tried to download and Register as a foreigner
