Don’t false advertise.
Once again memorable has false advertised a units abilities, to such a degree that the only way to make up for it would to be to spend an absurd amount of money to get the required amount of drops to fix what they intentionally mislead. You can bet we won’t get a compensation either, even if you’ve already spent 600 gems (3 gems per summon) just go ahead and spend more!!!

Why is the intro so long

I Gotta issue
Hello,
I purchased the Boar Hat Total Subscription (Premium), which includes all three subscriptions: Hawk Pass, Meliodas Pass, and Elizabeth Pass.
Apple successfully charged me for the purchase, and my subscription is still active. However, after the new Hawk Pass season started, the Hawk Pass remains locked, and I cannot claim any of the premium rewards.
The Meliodas and Elizabeth subscriptions appear to be active, but the Hawk Pass is not recognizing my Total Subscription.
I have already restarted the game, but the problem is still there. I have attached screenshots showing my active subscription and the locked Hawk Pass.
I did try to contacting the support team but I couldn’t reach them so I can here.
Could you please check my account and restore the Hawk Pass benefits included with my Boar Hat Total Subscription?

I received an email from you regarding my support request, but I cannot access the correct account on the Netmarble support website.
My game account is linked to both my Facebook account and my Apple ID. However, when I sign in with either of them on the support website, it logs me into a completely different account instead of the one that is linked to my Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross game.
Because of this, I cannot view your reply, continue my support ticket, or submit a new request from the correct account.
I have already purchased the Premium Hawk Pass subscription (the one that includes all three passes), and I still need help with that issue, but I cannot communicate through the correct support account.
Could you please help me access the correct account or transfer my support request so I can continue the conversation?

They have made many steps forward to reduce the amount of NK labor camp grind, but took many steps back by maintaining and adding an insane amount of grind in other areas.
