Items Disappearing and Support Not Working
I am having repeated issues with items disappearing. I tried to contact support, but it directs me to a form that requires screenshots. But would not work for me to actually select a photo and submit. And it won’t let me submit without the photo. This is a super frustrating issue, especially since the items disappearing are high level. I spent the past 2 days getting to level 10 out of the level 11 required. Just to hop on tonight and see my Level 10 disappeared and sending me back to square one. When you’re going to make the items so high level, they better not disappear halfway through. And then make support impossible to access.

Some items takes days to be made
I really used to like this game. It’s really entertaining even though the storyline is too long for me and I skip all those long conversations. But now that I’m at level 123 it’s really tiring me out because it literally takes days to complete some orders. And if you don’t spend money and buy gems, you will complete none of the missions and events. Maybe there was one time that I completed one event but aside from that, I couldn’t finish any of the other events unless I buy gems. Then after the event ends unfinished, the next events starts right after and I’m like “let me finish for once” and play the other one knowing I am not going to reach the end. All of these have disheartened me from playing the game. I was looking forward to reach the level 700 and beyond, but I don’t feel like waiting 3 days to make an item of an order anymore. And I might add I play the game regularly throughout the day not just once or twice and still some orders take ages to complete.

It used to be my favorite game.
Been playing for a year now. The initial levels tend to be more engaging and productive, then it gets slower to get the necessary toolbox for renovations. The chances to get the red gems are more on initial levels. Once you develop interest and get to advanced levels, the items you need don't come out of the generators (ex: golf items). It gets frustrating really! Might delete it😒😒
