This once entertaining and enjoyable app has now tightened its win-lose ratio so that you simply don’t win. It used to be when you lost, it wasn’t a complete loss every spin. Now, 9-10 spins results in $0.00. Your next spin, doe example, you bet $375K (the lowest wager), you might win $80,000—resulting in an actual loss of $290K. In short, even when you “win” something, they just keep shaving it off without even the occasional win. I tested it. Bought $68M in coins, in no time at all it was gone and that was betting the minimum—$375K with each spin. Literally—not a single win.

So I make two purchases in a day out of my piggy bank. And by doing so I get points so they upgrade my vip which is fine, but now my fishie is double the price! Instead of 9.99 it’s now 19.99! How are you taking care of your customers if you are now doubling the price to purchase coins. That makes no sense. You are now ripping me off. If a customer is buying, you are supposed to take care of them and do the opposite. Lower the price! What horrible despicable customer care!

I love this game but… I hate that you can’t really win much one day and months later you win really big and gradually it goes away. You can’t seem to play long at one time without losing. Game is fixed
I spent almost 90mil spinning and spinning and noticed that it kept showing the same slides (the same lines) over and over again.. I take a screen shot and I contact support and they said the game was fine and it was a glitch and that even those it showed the same lines over and over again the system paid out as it was suppose to (I had NO suck award bcus I didn’t win not once) I asked how they can prove that and they said no I asked how it is I don’t win not 1 coin in almost 90mil they said that’s normal and I asked for some type of coins refund since I can’t prove anything bcus their system glitched and they said no that even tho the same kept showing on my screen the same lines that I was not awarded bcus I didn’t win and they can’t show any proof of that since it was a glitch in the system. NOT HAPPY once again they have stolen from me and this is not cool.
I’m sure with the way they are. They will probably ban me over this review.
