Just started playing and this is a must have of offline games.

Keep in mind I love the TCG irl. Gameplay on this app is just slow and takes forever. Also trying to play for free and collect cool cards feels impossible, 2 packs a day rarely ever getting hits. I enjoyed the game for the first year but I got tired of rarely ever getting hits. Get ready to break open the wallet if you’re trying to complete your collections.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game. When my son logged on my iPad with his account - the app deleted my account. Support can’t do anything.

I used to think that Pokémon was just cards that we collect, but now I know that you can actually use it for battling on a battle board with dice and coins and this is just technically the same thing like ripping a pack open, but for free instead of spending it for money Best thing ever 👍🏼

It’s super fun but need a lot of improvement. Even when contacting customer support they say he accept feedback but don’t really change anything so that’s always refreshing. There needs to be more ways to get pack hourglasses and spend what stuff you have a refresh of the store once every 30 days is lame like once a week would be better. There should be a whole trade center where people but the cards they want to trade in a block instead on this send a card and hope that person logs back in. It gets boring real fast when you can’t get any packs to update cards to compete in events for pvp. So yeah fun but needs lots of work or needs people who actually care.

I've always suspected the RNG in this game is rigged, but watching the Al blatantly cheat in a step-up battle confirmed it. I had almost defeated the Al's Mew ex when it played Budding Expeditioner. Instead of doing what the card is actually supposed to do which is moving the Mew ex into their hand the game moved it straight to the bench with 100% full health restored. The hand & the bench are 2 completely different things Outside of the broken Al mechanics, the game is heavily pay-to-win. If you want a Pokemon with anything higher than a basic diamond rating, you are practically forced to buy gold bars to endlessly open booster packs. The trading system is an absolute joke. The creators are playing Big Brother, strictly dictating what trades they will and wont allow. I tried to give a 3-star Mew to my wife through both trade & share and the game blocked it entirely. Yet, they give you false hope by allowing you to add it to your trade wishlist. Dont give players a wishlist feature if your artificial trading restrictions won't even let us use it. Absolute trash execution for what should be a "trading" card game.

You do the dumb pvp for barely any rewards, wait and wait and work and work, and then you pull 10 packs to get the same card over and over, absolutely garbage rates garbage game garbage garbage garbage, worst thing ive spent my time and money on just boring and garbage, its fun when you first start there’s definitely beginners luck to get you hooked but then it completely falls off, really not worth your time 👎

Getting cards and building binders and displays are the most fun part of this app. The only HUGE problem I have with this, app and Pokemon games in general at this point are the EVENTS!!!!!!!! Everything being so event exclusive is super annoying especially when you want cosmetics related to your FAVORITE POKEMON and you can’t even have it because you missed ONE SHORT EVENT FROM OVER A YEAR AGO. If you are even going to do events make them rotate faster it’s obnoxious the amount of event exclusive stuff here. And another thing is all the promo cards and tcgp EXCLUSIVE cards are a terrible thing, why have an entire card dedicated to only one event that’s barely going to last a few weeks???? It’s only a lazy way to generate hype so if new cards are made they should always be physical too and not app exclusive. Also premium is just horrible, like explicitly showing how this app generates hype to get people to buy things, the ai battle uses premium exclusive things to only make people feel even more envious and it’s a very toxic way to set up an app. This game would be a whole world better if it weren’t everything so event heavy and premium dedicated, please stop. And wonder pick exists to only make people mad I swear. It’s grossly randomized and not getting the card you wanted causes a sting every time and it’s such a petty and mean mechanic. And lastly the pack stamina is ANNOYING and too hard to get, I need more stamina but advanced mode solo battles are too hard so I can’t even get any!!! And the UI always gives you the SAME CARDS!

Game is fun up until you try these ridiculous missions vs the AI. They start EVERY single game with the perfect hand. 2 professors and 2 pokeballs. They then follow with a copycat next turn always having every evolution, every Cyrus every Sabrina ready to counter you. It just gets old fast forcing you to play vs humans. I don’t have time to play 20 min games so AI is better for me but please make the shuffling and drawing fair for both sides. I may sound like a sore loser but try it for yourself. Play the advanced missions and you’ll see what I’m talking about. And far too often are all my evolutions and rare candies at the bottom. This game’s algorithm is broken and needs a fix!!!!!!

Somebody please fix the AI bots, it’s literally programmed to counter your deck and play the battle out for you to lost. 10 straight is a joke.

This game is fun and for collectors who cares about cards and you could battle people from different countries.
