Update broke my game

The last update really screwed up my game. I had a group, which I paid for that I have been managing for years and the last update made it so I can’t use my iPhone and iPad causing me to have to log in and out to access my group. Four days ago it all went to hell. I logged into my iPad and my name and group were gone. I have contact support to see it they can restore my game to before this mess started but no one is helping. I can do a search and see my group but now I don’t even show as a member of my own group. I have deleted the app and reloaded it but nothing works and the support is a joke at this point. I have been on the game since 2022 and invested a lot of time and money in it. I really enjoyed the game but now I am so frustrated about losing my group and feeling like the support team is a big joke.

broken ads blacken the screen and block game progression- extremely frustrating- State Farm ad is broken blocks game and never exits, have to quit game entirely totally aggravated as a frozen ad forced deletion of app- won’t be coming back

Addictive!

Beautiful graphics, lovely choices to decorate, fantastic story.  Some of the mini games can be tough, but it wouldn’t make any sense to play if they all were easy to solve! 

Love it, BUT it’s such a pain to have to wait a whole week to continue to the next level ! I use the squirrel games between levels to kinda “practice” for the real thing, but sometimes it takes so long to get a new level to advance in the story, that there’s a tendency to lose interest. 

Still, I love the game and have invested a ton of time and some money in it.  Thank you for your hard work.

Enjoyable but…

There is a lot to like about this game, especially the storyline and graphics; however, there is one thing I find very frustrating, to the point where I just close out of it! It’s the ads! Now I do understand why they have them and can actually tolerate some of them —have even added some. The problem is the repetition! Having to watch the same ones over and over again is maddening , but having to watch an ad for a game I already have makes no sense and is a waste of my time!
