Nice game
I love the game and everything about it, but I have one issue and it’s been happening frequently. I purchased diamonds use what I need and have leftovers and then out of nowhere they disappear and then I have to purchase more which I don’t think is fair. The game would get five stars if this wouldn’t keep happening.

How do I get keys
First let me say that I love the game I’m just having a really hard time getting keys for the latest house.
I’ve been spending a lot of money purchasing furniture but I’m still unable to get keys, can you tell me what I’m doing wrong. I’m in my last house. It’s asking me to clean up debris that I can’t get to no matter how I try to get the key to open this new house you all need to fix this. This is such a nice game, but nobody wants to wait for five months for you all to get it together.

this game is addicting but I feel as if there is A lot of glitches and things going on. I have also reached a point where there really isn’t anything else for me to do as the game needs more updates and more things to level up! I feel as if i’m not quite sure how to grow my family or if there even is an option to have more than one kid. just feel as if this game was just thrown together and isn’t fully developed yet. Good game that seems really new
I do like playing this game, however, I would love to be able to talk to support about the different bugs that I’m coming across. I would love for support to talk to me so I can show them what is happening in the game. Some of the newer features are not working very well.

Glitch

Need answerssss
I’ve been playing this game for a little over 3 months and I completed all the chapters. Now I’m just making the price of my house higher, my kid doesn’t age and im at 1941 stars. The chapters stopped at 1420. The houses say you can have 2 pets and 2 kids. Where is my second kid and pet? The game was updated 2 weeks ago for the planner but didn’t add more chapters? I can’t find anything on the internet about it. I love this game but I’d love it more if there were more chapters
UPDATE: I’ve reached 2000+ stars and I finally got two more stories and a new house but everything still says coming soon.. like I wanna look forward to something not wait on someone to release the next chapter
