Poor “business decisions” made on their end
So about three or four months ago my toddler smashed my phone didn’t have the money to get a new one so when the time came to reverify my account using my phone to get a texted code I couldn’t I reached out to support they said I had to submit a bunch of bs via email they couldn’t just do it thru the chat I did the steps my number tied to my account was never changed by them in their system fast forward to today when I put my log in credentials in clicked log in and it brings me to a screen that says your account has been closed….. I never closed it and they said they made the business decision to close my account and that decision is final nothing can be don’t this app is complete bull -10/10 don’t fn recommend

Do not use this app. The app froze and repeated my $100 bet 11 times and it took me two weeks and several long conversations to get my money back.
I got my money back today and while trying to explore live bets i see my balance going from $1,000 to $0. It had placed two $500 bets at the same time without me ever clicking to bet

Totally a scam app. Bally Bet promoted a “Bet $10, Get $50 in Bonus Bets” offer. I met all the wagering requirements, but I never received the promised bonus bets. On top of that, the app takes an unusually long time to place bets, which is frustrating, especially when odds change quickly. The customer service representatives didn’t seem to care or make any effort to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this sportsbook.

Biggest rip off ever!
I’ve wagered thousands of dollars and usually bet at least $1 a spin. Every time I hit a bonus I get about 5x my bet. Unbelievable!!!

I spent tens of thousands daily over a bunch of different apps. I actually had this one banned for a year up until recently, come to find out that was the right decision.
$3K on slots got me maybe 2 or 3 SMALL terrible bonuses?
Max bet, medium bet, minimum it doesn’t matter.
On top of that then they will give me like $3 in free play rewards credits? They did give me a little bit of free play the other day but it doesn’t even matter considering nothing ever hits. Ever. Total scam. Take your money elsewhere

I won a bet on here for a few thousand dollars and Bally Bet refused to pay me until I threatened to have the Gaming Commission for my state to contact them. After wager was settled it took 30+ days for them to pay them the money they owed me

Shady promo terms
The software is fine. I’m actually a little bit ahead on the site so this isn’t a sour grapes review. If you just want to play it’s the same as the others. If you are looking for some value in promotions stay far away. Very sketchy terms. No progress tracker and the kicker for me was this-
They offer a 10% deposit match up to $75. I decided to try my luck and put in the $750. Requirement said that to get match you must play through your deposit. So I made about $800 in bets. I lost a couple hundred and cashed out. The next day I was looking for the $75 bonus and they penalized me for withdrawing what was left of my deposit. This is insane. If I left the money sit overnight they would have given me $75 and I would have cashed out anyway. This is scummy and petty and I advise anyone reading this far to play elsewhere. Pro tip- mgm and golden nugget have great ongoing promos. Ballys is scum.

Screw this lame app
Don’t waste your time or money. First off I’ve been using this joke for over a year and never once hit a jackpot or any amount even relatable to a “good win” I’ve done everything from $1 $2 $10 $20 $30 bets.. Terrible support/ promotions
Used multiple promotions that have either disappeared on me completely or not been given for days on end. It’s annoying to have to keep track of everything. Support puts you on hold for another 72 hours waiting for your bonus that you rightly should have received to get a lack luster $10 that wasn’t even what I was supposed to receive.
