Whoever worked on this recent Travel Town update deserves a raise! 😂 I’ve been playing this game for about 4–5 years, and I honestly didn’t realize how frustrating the coin system had become until this update improved it. Before, merging coins barely gave you anything, while town upgrades could cost well over 100,000 coins. It could take forever to save enough….hours, days, sometimes what felt like months. Now, the coin rewards from merging actually feel worth it, and I can finally make real progress without constantly feeling stuck. The game is also much more fun to play now. I can stay active for 45 minutes to an hour with more power-ups, merge opportunities, useful ads, rewards, and side bonuses. I’ve definitely spent real money on this game over the years, probably more than I want to know😂…but this update makes the game feel much more enjoyable even without spending. I’m only on level 80 after playing for years, which says a lot about how slow progress used to feel. This update isn’t perfect, but it is a HUGE improvement. It genuinely feels like someone finally paid attention to what longtime players actually need. One thing I’d still love to see improved is the collection feature. It would be great if completing item collection bundles gave more rewards like extra energy, coins, or gems. That would give players another fun reason to complete everything. Please keep going in this direction! Progress finally feels achievable, the ads feel more worthwhile, and I actually want to stay in the game and keep playing instead of feeling like I have to spend money just to move forward. Seriously, props to the team behind this update. It made Travel Town feel fun again. 👏💰✨

Fun game… but it takes so much energy to make what you need and energy takes forever to recoup.

Too many pop-ups in the game. Like I get you’re trying to sell stuff and inform people but it really is overkill.

I really enjoy playing this game, and I’ve been playing for quite some time now. The main issue I have recently is the abundance of AI use now for all the new events. I miss the old art that looked authentic. Now, it’s just a bunch of clearly AI generated slop.

I’ve spent years playing this game multiple times a day to only get to a point that o cant finish one single order in multiple visits. They try to force you to purchase stuff and Im over it. I’ve spent 3 days trying to fill an order and it’s just not giving me the pieces I need so I’m done with the game

I absolutely love this game. I play it daily. I might be addicted but the ads are everywhere and the pop ups to buy things. To start playing you have to close out 10 pop ups. It’s too many. The ads x buttons are hard to find and small. Basically it feels like they do this so you click and they get more money. Which I’m sure is the point of the app for the developer. But as a player it’s frustrating and some days so overwhelming I stop playing.

This game is fun once you get past all the notification that you have to click away when you first open the app. I usually have to close about 10-12 popups each time I start the game. With this weekends Labor Day events I literally had to click away at least 20 pop ups notifying me of different challenges, events, and awards. It has become completely ridiculous. Update: today I counted them: 30 taps before I could get to the main game!!!!!!!

Using ai is incredibly lazy and cheap of this app

The game was fun up until they began to put in more activities that would require far more energy to generate even one item. Then it would be days before you could complete any of the orders because they were all locked behind the specific activities. There weren’t enough easy orders to keep the leveling up going. Began to lose interest at that point.

I play many games with ads. I get it, it’s fine, but this game is outright infuriating. The game itself is great, if you can ever get to it. It legitimately makes you go through at least ten pop up ads each time before you can even play the gave, every single time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. No other game has this many popups. You’re taking away from a great game by doing this and let’s be real, you aren’t making tons of money from being that obnoxious. If anything, it turns me off from the actual game.

Several times now, glitches have cost chances at reaching large rewards. It has proven incredibly frustrating and makes it difficult to want to keep playing this game.

Was prompted to install this app in order to receive a $75 bath and body works gift card— only if i reached level 40. However, not even halfway through the first level, it starts becoming unresponsive, screen freezing. This problem made it impossible to advance and have the app be playable at all.

I left a 1 star a few months ago because the app was crashing constantly after they added the new adventure mini game! It took 6 weeks of it having issues but the developers got their issues sorted and the game works and is fun again. Even revently started a similar merge game from the same developer for the free Cash App.

The recent updates have impacted duplicate rates, trading dynamics, and overall progression. Used to be a fun game to play, now it’s just stressful. I don’t recommend.

This game is a fun and addictive merging game, however, there’s been quite a few times where I’ve been cheated out of rewards and with the biggest, most recent one being today I am no longer playing this game. As I was working for quite a while towards merging items to one of the last in the category to get 2 starfish (because when you get 12 starfish, it throws a bunch of free pieces on the board) I got so close and ran out of energy so I purchased one of their packages to get more energy, and as soon as I made the purchase, the starfish disappeared on the one that I was working on. All the other rewards that I’ve been cheated out of have been in the side game, where you move through the forest expecting to get a certain reward at certain points and then once you get it, it vanishes.

This game is definitely addictive, but I would not recommend it. Once you reach the higher levels, it becomes very difficult to enjoy or make meaningful progress without spending money. Energy refills extremely slowly. When you run out, you can either watch an ad for a very small amount of energy or spend money purchasing diamonds to get more. At that point, it essentially becomes a pay-to-play game. The most frustrating part is the item production system. The algorithm seems intentionally designed to make the items you actually need harder to obtain. I have gone through 100 energy multiple times using the same producer without receiving the item I needed. Meanwhile, it continues producing items that are not useful for completing my current orders. This creates a cycle where you burn through your energy, make very little progress, and are then encouraged to spend money to continue playing. What starts as a fun game eventually feels more like a system designed to push purchases than reward gameplay. Play at your own risk. It can be entertaining, but once you reach the higher levels, expect slow progress, frustrating item drops, and constant pressure to spend money.

Fun game.. but have to go thru 3-8 pop ups for energy, ect before playing the game is annoying. Used to pop into the game and play a few rounds.. now after all of the pop ups .. don’t really want to play as much since it takes so long to go thru the adds. Other than that a fun game

would be more fun if you could play in ten minute intervals rather than play for two minutes and then be bombarded with ways to spend money to get more energy

I dislike how it was tracking completed levels for money then when it time for the big cash deposit they act like they not tracking my completed missions i don’t understand why they waste people time thinking it okay
