Bought a subscription that doesn’t work. When you reach out to customer support they DO NOT respond at all.
Once you buy a subscription it will play until it gets to a certain day then it will freeze and constantly load.

Feeling cheated
I’ve downloaded mini short drama apps. When I’ve paid for a VIP I was able to watch the entire story. With this app, I was able to watch a few episodes for free and once paying for VIP I only got five additional episodes. Never a full story. I’m very disappointed and feeling like I was cheated out of my money I will not be renewing ever.

Outrageous!
This is ridiculous! You pay but can’t view episodes. Episodes aren’t even a minute long yet they release 3 per day. Totally insane and a waste of time and money. Kindly get it together or at least give the option to pay and view and stop this madness.

Why?

Cancel subscription
I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to cancel this subscription. I have no email or way to click on anything to be able to cancel my subscription. Episodes buffer and never play
I saw a lot of these videos on my Facebook stream and decided to try them. They allow you to watch the first 5 to 7 clips with the VIP paid subscription and then once you get to around session 9. They just buffer and never play. I’ve tried multiple, and they all do the same thing. Save your money.

Lies
I got a good deal on a month’s subscription so I went ahead and paid for it…. However I’ve had it almost a week and haven’t been able to complete a single series. When it hits the locked episodes, it gives me a message that I have VIP access but then just spins out a loading screen and never shows me the episode. I’ve sent emails and no word from them. I also uninstalled the app and redownloaded, and every other troubleshooting idea I had. This is looking like a scam at this point, I would stay away if I were you.

Like you expect - don’t trust
The series I was watching is complete or at least has lots of episodes but it keeps blocking me saying “new episodes released daily” and come back tomorrow. There is no place to obviously cancel and they block your ability to screenshot your account info. Disappointed that I tried it - it’s as expected.
