I’m really not sure what is going on over there in TheMeetGroup, but they aren’t a dating app company anymore. All three of their apps (Tagged, MeetMe, and Skout) have been turned into streaming apps. They even removed profiles from the discover tab, now you can only match with people to date by swiping in the match game. I just don’t understand why they can’t do both. Why not be a streaming and dating app? There are users here that want to date, you can do both. You don’t have to kill the dating part of the apps. I’m assuming that based on their metrics, users haven’t been using the dating portion of the apps as much. And it’s true, but, it’s TheMeetGroup’s fault. When they introduced the new interface last year, they purposefully limited what profiles you can see and they put it behind a pay wall if you want to see everyone. For example, I have friends that I know for a fact are on this app, but I can’t find them no matter how much I try unless I pay for the premium. Another thing is, they don’t keep the most recently active people at the top of the list, so you’re scrolling through dozens of profiles before you see anybody that’s online. The green online dot also lasts way too long. It should only last about five minutes. That way people know if there are profiles actually online or not before they message them. These are simple fixes that would increase user engagement but over a year later after implementing the new interface, they refuse to add in the features that everyone in the reviews are asking for. They killed the dating part of these apps by making poor business choices like that. And I guess now that people barely use the dating section, they’re gonna kill it completely. The crazy thing is, they can still turn it around. If they brought back some of the old features from the old apps, people would have a reason to stay when they join instead of just join joining and then never logging back in again.

I still can’t delete old profile I made a mistake and put wrong email address so in order to select it is trying to confirm with wrong email I have contact them via email and they keep saying doing the same thing I can’t confirm email at an wrong address if I’m not getting link!!!! New update is not a good update why are there no reviews being shown??? TRUE TRANSPARENCY TAGGED PLEASE ALSO you SHOULD UPDATE APP SUPPORT You SHOULD BE able to contact you within the app this is ridiculous !!!!!! UPDATE 07/15/2026 support listened and MADE the changes I requested BIG THANK YOU !!!

This app is so dead now. No point in having it smh

The app is almost impossible to use now. All of the ads trying to pop up FULL SCREEN, as soon as you open the app makes it run slow. Then when you try to scroll or click past it, your screen freezes and I just end up closing the app to try again later. Like, the ads always bring on screen and now full screen ads popping up disrupting the entire experience is very frustrating and annoying.

Can’t even delete it it never sends the confirmation email for you to finalize canceling your account

Tagged has become horrible the gold offers for completing task such as apps etc are fake you never get pad also the costumer service is non existent app ain’t worth nothing but streaming and that quality is poor

But since we been high jacked with the prices and other things it’s harder for some others as well

Every time we not join in the stream, it freezes every single time and I don’t like the way it is. It was going on this when I went in the box. It took a second for them to respond you know when I talk to them we talked about as fast as they can on the screen, but they’re not it’s freezing. Can you fix it please? Thank you.

What entity is this? I’m not allowed to delete my account or even logout from the app. Everything comes from “confirming email” yet I repeatedly press send email and I receive no email at all. Very strange… holding people against their will on this app.

I think Tagged used to be better before the new updates, because in the previous version we could find friends and chat with people from other countries too but now we can’t. At least we can’t do it in the free version of the present Tagged. Other than that, it’s a nice app for finding friends.
