I have been waiting for this game for many years, now I finally got an iPhone to play it, but u told me that the US market is abandoned?😭

The US version of this game has been abandoned for years. I still love the game, but Konami is only caring about the Japanese market, like usual.

i would like this game, but it has three songs, and the content store is “under maintenance”.

The game is great (I play it at an arcade sometimes and was happy to see an iPad version) but there are only three songs available upon download and the store for DLC won’t work. It’s apparently been like this for a long time according to other reviews. Please fix it! I’ll throw money at you if you make more song packs available!

They seemed to fix the glitches, but it’s very much lacking in content now. Konami, if you’re reading this, please just give us the update to the japanese version. Updating fhis app shows you care about the jubeat fans.

I can’t restore purchases from 2011-2013. I spent a lot of money. Such a scammy move. Someone should sue.

Yeah I see why this is so low rated. You get 3 songs and the shop doesn’t work. You’d think Komoney 🤑🤑 would jump at the chance to provide paid content but this is a first for me.

It’s been years since the game got any support. I had thought it had all closed down but I still see it being advertised on here. I had gotten my new iPads in the past but am unable to restore my purchases from before and it’s very upsetting to see all the money I had used on it go to waste :(

I’ve spent purchased every single music pack available for this game, and I now no longer have access to my purchases. This issue has persisted for months, and Konami has shown no interest in fixing the issue. Refund my money or restore my purchases, please.

This app is not properly formatted for my iPhone XR. Where I tap and where the game registers my taps are in two totally different spots, making it impossible to play. Seeing as Konami seems to have no intention of updating this app anytime soon, I think it should be removed from the App Store.

Cannot download the music that I have bought because it’s under maintenance for year

I cannot access my paid content, apparently this has been happening for years. Needs to be fixed or refund for all purchases.

PLEASE PLEASE FIX THE STORE AT THE VERY LEAST. I want to be able to redownload my dlc on my other devices. Maybe even purchase other packs too :(

Is the store ever coming back??? Unbelievable.

After upgrading my phone, the app still opens, but due to errors that seem to have persisted for a long time (based on a review from last year), previously purchased songs cannot he redownloadsd and new songs cannot he obtained. So at this point, all that’s available is the demo.

I have songs purchased for this game and I can’t access them because the store is indefinitely down for maintenance. Thanks Konami!!

Konami plz, at least let us purchase songs

Dear Konami, This game is otherwise a lotta fun, and I was going to purchase some more music packs but the purchase store and even the redownload purchased items ability are gone. Konami, please make purchased music packs available again and make the music pack store available again so players can download more music! Other than this major issue, the game runs like a charm on both iPad and iPhone. I strongly recommend players to play on an ipad (primarily due to a larger screen). It has more of an arcade type feel with the larger screen. Sincerely with respect, A longtime Konami and Beatmania fan

Good game for years. It’s a shame they don’t let you restore in-app purchases anymore. I know many who have money put int song pack purchases but can’t use them after getting a new device. The application should be removed from the apple app store if the publisher is done with it.

I just downloaded this app and there’s no sound at all. Why?!

Still my favorite music rhythm game on iPhone- sad that they abandoned it -shame on Konami Luckily kept my downloads on my old iPhone 7 The Japanese version is playable in 2021 - and the UI is Very different - but playable for sure - give it a go and make that Japanese account

Unable to download more music

It doesn’t work at all. I payed over a 100 bucks to get songs... first the songs “expired” and for 2 years now the app doesn’t work at all.

I guess this game is abandoned?

I can't use the store. Please fix it.
